Procedure

In main beaker add Phase A mixing with propeller mixer.In side beaker pre-mix Phase B and add to Phase A @ 70-75°C mix until completely disolved. Continuous mixing Phase AB for 5-10 min. on the homomixer @ 70-75°C. Add Phase C to Phase AB @ 70-75°C mixing with propeller mixer until completely melted. Cool Phase ABC to 40 -45°C. Add Phase D to ABC and mix until all ingredients are uniformed. Cool Phase ABCD to 30-35°C. Add Phase E to Phase ABCD and mix until all ingredients are uniformed. Cool Phase ABCDE to 25-30°C. Add Phase F to Phase ABCDE and mix until all ingredients are uniformed. Add Phase G to Phase ABCDEF and mix until all ingredients are uniformed.
